Billing incorrect-tech breaking equipment

In Dec. a Verizon tech came into my home and while trying to repair a jack stepped on my daughter very expensive blow dryer. I have heard from 5 managers even had a call while out shopping on a Saturday evening. I founf this to be quite strange. I want to be compensated as soon as possible! As far as billing and checking it online, whay a JOKE! If you call the billing rep will give you one amount that you owe,while online has something completely different. What a Joke! Open the door Comcast,here I come!!!!!!
