Why can't Verizon get my bill to me once a month? This is the 4th time in about a year or so that they did not send me a bill and the following month I get a double bill. I call them and they say we will straighten it out and everything is fine for a few months then here we go again no bill then a double bill this time I called and they said " we will make this address on your bill the primary address to be sent to" well THERE IS ONLY ONE ADDRESS ON MY BILL. Is this a plan for me to go to auto payment? I don't think so if you can't get my bill out to me once a month do you think I want you dipping into my checking account to get your money? I would hate to see the mess that would make. Somebody needs to straighten your billing dept out. I am about to the end of my rope with Verizon and ready to dump them.

Iam not going to get into the problem I had 6-8 months ago when they screwed up my service and started charging me for 6 boxes when I had 3 since having Verizon for about 6 years.
