We have a broken utility box that is broken in front of our house and is very dangerous for the children playing in the neighborhood. We live in Indio, CA. Can you please tell who/how to contact. This needs to be looked at right away, very unsafe. Thank you.

Thanks for reply. We did attempt to use support page and repair link but it seemed like a dead-end since we don't use Verizon. The box just happens to be on our property. We did get through via phone but the call was more than 30 minutes long. Hopefully the process can be simplified, there may be other broken utility box lids that create unsafe conditions. This box has been broken for more than a year...
