Can I record shows on Premium Channels???

I tried to record an episode of a new series on Starz yesterday but couldn't. A message popped up saying either I wasn't subscribed to this channel (which, obviously, I was) or I didn't have access.  Can't you record shows and/or movies on premium channels???

Yes you can. Gettin got subscribed is the issue. Follow prompts on the screen to troubleshoot and get channel back on. If still getting message call tech support.

Thanks!  I reset my top box and waited a day and it's fine now.  I guess I just had to wait for things to kick in.
