Cancel Service Hours?

I'll tried calling 800-Verizon to cancel my account and was disconnected because no one answered. Does anyone know their days and hours of operations?

Of course their automated responses didn't tell me

I suspect cancellation requests go to the "business office."  In the past, they were open on weekdays.

They may have some weekend hours, you might want to try again later in the day.

Or, it could be that they were overloaded with cancellation requests when you called.
