Cancel service

I was just on hold for 45 minutes to cancel my land line service.  I bet if I had pressed the option to initiate service, my wait time would not have been 45 minutes.  And Verizon does not let you cancel online---which I found out after setting up an online access for my account.  Hey Verizon, I won't be back!
