Signed up at the door when the FIOS sales people were promoting their sales.
Installed.
Cancelled after only 2 days.
Why?
FIOS does not have H2 in HD. I love the Universe series on H2, so, that's enough reason to cancel it. Plus, HLN, Style, C-SPAN-1,2,3, none of these is in HD, and guess what, I end up paying more than I pay Comcast, whereas the latter has all of these said channles in HD.
You either have to have more channels in HD or you have to have more competitive price.

They actually have started to add a bunch of channels in HD. No idea if H2 will be one of them.
Did you also cancel? I do believe they will keep on adding more HD channels, but for what I already have with comcast and the price, there simply is no reason for me to keep FIOS, not even with its 300 bucks visa gift card.

Comcast in NY never offered me a good deal. In NY FIOS gives a bunch of stuff free to Ultimate customers. It is not available at all at my FL address.
