Cancellation fee because service isn't available on military installation

 As if the consistently degrading quality of service wasn't enough, I have to relocate on base due to recently getting married and having children- And Fios wants to charge me to cancel their service, unless I sign up for the home phone service. How pathetic. I have seen other customers having an issue similar to mine and I like their thoughts on cancelling the wireless (cellular) phones as well.

 I didn't save but a 5$ monthly fee, which was a waste because the internet was choppy and video on demand had the quality of a scratched CD.

 This is nothing short of ridiculous, their service being unavailable on Fort Eustis is THEIR problem! I promise to rid myself of any Verizon service.
