I'm moving and trying to change my service to a new house, but the website is not letting me select the deal I want. It keeps requiring me to get the 2yr contract, and it's $30 more a month for what I have now. Has anyone else had any luck moving services? We have another cable company in the area, so I was thinking of just switching.
