I was moving on November 6, 2011 and I had a request to reinstall my service at the new resident. It is now November 15, 2011 and my service is still not on. I've called and set up 3 different installation dates, and every single time the technicians never showed. I'm really irate because I believed Verizon Fios was the best. I'm really reconsidering my decision of becoming a costumer and I hope no one else have to go through this similar situation.

I'm sorry you are having difficulty. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
