I know this is the sales department and I have told them NUMEROUS TIMES to quit callng me! I already have Verizon services and I don't want to upgrade anything at the moment. Who can I make a FORMAL COMPLAINT to about this? If it was about my account, it wouldn't come from Maryland, when I live in New York. If your sales department continues to call here, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the FCC, FTC and whoever else deals with this harassment!!
You should be opting out of the verizon telemarketing by calling 866 483-9700 and also visit www.verizon.com/privacy and make sure you opt out of all of those programs too.
