We have FIOS triple play and we get constant (daily) phone, tv and internet outages. Usually in the early afternoon 1pm Pacific time on into the evening. Anybody else have this problem?

Not too uncommon of an issue, as it does happen. When your services go out, do they restore themselves eventually or do you have to ask Verizon to fix it, or are you rebooting your ONT? When you lose all three of your services, take a look at the ONT's status lights and make note of what they are doing and what color they are. They may help in identifying where the problem could be.

Think I would disagree on it not be uncommon ... my services are rock solid and rarely do I experience an outage. So, if it's a regular/daily occurance, then something is definitely amiss. Tracking down what the ONT status is showing when the outage occurs will go a long way to tracking down what's going on ... the central office should be able to get into the ONT and see the statistics if there's some kind of ONT or upstream problem.

I agree that outages should not be constant. There are plenty of trees and animals on the property and still, I have only had outages on occasion.
