Why don't you fix the e-mail buttons on your contact us so that I can actually reach someone. I've been hitting this button for the last two days and it doesn't work. Can I get an e-mail address for verizon? Why don't you do something for the customers that you already have? With the economy in the toilet like it is you'd think you'd actually want to do something to help your customers besides go up on their bills, but I guess you're to arrogant to care, needless to say that I'll be switching!
