Converting my apartment building into 1 townhome, how do I sign up for 1 account instead of 4 ?

Hi,

I'm converting my apartment building into one townhome for my personal use so I don't wan't to pay 4 separate bills for each floor which is what I was doing for time warner.  I have called, stopped by the booth at my mall, noone knows who to speak to.  So how do I sign up for one account instead of 4 separate ones?

Any help is appreciated I don't know where to turn!
