I had issues on Saturday that I spent over an hour on the phone with a Verizon rep to only get 1/2 of my issue rectified.  At that time they said that they would have to send out a technician on Monday afternoon between 1 & 5.  After holding for almost another 20 minutes to have that appointment time confirmed, I made special arrangements with my work to be at the house, they never showed up.....no call, no communication at all.  Comcast is looking better all the time!
