Hello all,
Like many I'm sure, I've had terrible experiences calling Verizon customer support over a number of issues.
Therefore I always ask for an employee number when I first start talking to a customer support representative so that when a new saga begins, I can refer back to a specific person and the information they have provided.
About half the time the person I speak to instantly gives me their employee number and about half the time they refuse and tell me that they are not allowed to give it out.
What is the official Verizon policy on this? I cannot find a document on the Verizon customer support policy anywhere.
Thanks

You're probably well aware that this venue is a peer-to-peer forum where volunteer users try to help other users. If you need information on official Verizon policy, I'd suggest that you contact a Verizon official, either by email or phone. While there is a great deal of information online, you're perhaps more likely to obtain helpful information that way.

To repeat, why do you continue to think that folks on this forum, who are merely users and don't work for Verizon, can answer questions about Verizon policy? If you want an answer from Verizon, ask Verizon.
