I looked at my bill online and whoa and behold, as of this November my 2 bundled services ~ Internet and Telephone service ~ went up by $5.00. WHY? Has anybody elses?
The same thing happened with my triple play package because I am now past the end of the my 2 year contract with the price guarantee, which means now the rates can increase. I was aware of that from the beginning. All the cable companies are like that.
