Hello support: I work for a medical transcription company who uses a Dictaphone to dial into a hospital Dictation server. Recently I and 2 other Verizon users have been having issues with navigation of the system. For example, our foot pedals do not work. We were told by Dictaphone that the problem was with Verizon not recognizing the beep tones. This has never been an issue in the past and started to occur approximately 3 weeks ago. Can you refer me to someone who may be able to assist?
