My father-in-law had to cancel his Verizon bundled package because he had to leave his residence and move into assisted living for medical reasons. He is also a disabled veteran. Despite this, Verizon is penalizing him with a $225 contract termination fee. This is disgusting, and for me and my children, and their children's children, will never sign up with Verizon because of it. The man is 86 years old.
