Fios lines are down in my street. Verizon keeps on sending individual tech to houses, so that they can say "Oh, it is not your house"! which we know. No truck equiped to fix the lines are the street, as opposed to comcast who is all over the place. Whan do I get my service back? 5 days already.

ITs bad they are not clearer about whats going on, But it may well be they know where the problem is and its nowhere near your street. Could be something at your local office or anywhere between your house and that office. Could even be something further up the chain to your VHO.
