Hello folks,

I recently received a feedback card that asked for me to fill out the card, put my own stamp on it and put it back in the mail.  If Verizon really wanted my feedback they would not make it so expensive and difficult to give to them.

I've recently changed from COMCAST and though the internet seems fine, I'm still trying to navigate the TV system which I find more confusing.  Also COMCAST has more free movies available on demand.   Finally when I scheduled for the installation, my terms were for 3 jacks, but when it took more than 5 minutes on one of the jacks, the installer left, saying that he's already spent too much time on this install and if I want my third jack to work I would have to schedule for another visit.

If I have to pay for this 3rd jack install I'm going to switch back to COMCAST.
