I have been receiving calls from Verizon for two weeks stating that there should be return boxes coming to my house so I can return my old equipment. How long until I do? They waited almost past my 30 day to just start telling me that it is coming and now it's past my date and they are still saying its on the way. Does anyone know if it really takes this long to get a box?
