We had an incredible experience getting our Fios TV, internet and phone installed. Our installer Ralph worked on our new service in Manhattan Beach, Ca on April 5 from 1 pm to 9 pm! He was professional, yet very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He never ceased to explain everything he was doing or to do it with a smile. What a great guy!! We love this new service and are very happy with Verizon Fios service! Thank you Verizon for hiring this type of quality employee, and thanks again Ralph.
