Every single night at 10pm, no matter what channel I am on, the service like gets stuck or skips.  Does anyone else have this problem?  It happens on both of my set top boxes.  Does Verizon know this is happening?  What is being done to resolve it?  It's been happening pretty much every night for a while now.

Every single mornng a 7am the lights in my house flicker.  At that hour the fire departments horn happens to do a test. 

I have all my dvr/stb and TV's on a power supply to make sure they don't skip.

Are you set up to record a program at 10 each night?  If I'm watching live TV, I often have that problem when a recording starts on another channel.
