Hello, I purchased 7 movies total in flexview on my tv, and 3 of them are missing, I can see them all online under my purchases in my verizon, but yet cannot access the three that are missing, I have contacted verizon support numerous times trying to get help with this, I have been passed from one person to another with no real help for my situation, im just as patient as the next person, but this is really starting to **bleep** me off. My family always watches Its a wonderful life every christmas eve after Mass, and imagine my disappointment that a movie I bought two years ago on flexview is gone. so if anyone knows how I can fix this issue without having to re buy them all over again, I sure would appreciate it very much, Thankyou .
