Frustrated: Verizon has not completed my FIOS installation

I had FIOS installed in October 2011. Since that time Verizon has yet to completed the installation. The fiber cable is still running across my yard and driveway. After a numerous calls and opened service tickets they have yet to complete a very simple job. I have spent hours on the phone with customer support without resolution. I am disgusted and frustrated with Verizon's complete lack of responsible customer support. And, I'm tired of driving over the cable in my driveway and having to move it to mow my lawn. As much as I like the FIOS service itself, I refuse to waste any more of my time. I am switching back to to Comcast.
