After spending time cancelling account, it now turns out that Verizon, may be able to get the shipping containers to us in time. So I called and said I need a pickup, too bad you should have ordered that when you cancelled, even though the woman said they did not know how to do this. In addition there is no way I can take 3 set top boxes , 2 dvrs, and router to the post office as I cannot care them. Any help appreciated. Yes I know I have to pay for a service call.
