I have no idea whether my experience is typical or not, but I received mine exactly 3 months to the day after I re-upped for a new triple-play package.

I am still waiting for a gift card promised in December 2012.  I signed up for a 2 year contract and am not impressed. If they don't honor the deal why should I?  How do I find out whats goining on?
