Hi, I had FIOS service and had HD DVR , HD Box and router. I returned the HD box ( through UPS - Tracking shows equipment recived by Verizon on 12/14). I personally returned HD DVR and router in Verizon store when canceling the service.
Today I received a text from Verizon asking me to return equipment. I am not sure what to do. I don't expect to be charged a unreturned equipment fee, as I don't have any additional equipment to return. Tried contacting customer service but was not able to get a definitive answer. The rep said if you returned the equipment it will show up on account after sometime, however they were not able to confirm if the equipment was received or not and if my final bill will have any unreturned equipment fee.
Any one faced similar issue and resolved it, please advise.
