This week I had lot of problems with customer service at verizon fios. The customer service representative on chat could not Help. After Five other customer service reps and three verizon store trips, finally I got The box. In fact one of The stores I was sent was a wireless store not fios store. is there any information on executive department of Verizon where you can contact? I am ready to call public utilities regulatory board In new jersey. Every customer service told me that they can not give out their supervisor/manager's information, it is like a secret society. I am a customer who deserves a service not run around.

I wanted to leave my number where I can get a call from manager of The customer service and In fact one of The customer service rep told me that if that is what I wanted I could leave my number and a message, but I will never receive a call. He told me that it is against policy of Verizon company to call customers back if situation is already escalated. I Guess they are figuring The customer will give up after a while. Guess what this customer is not giving up. I will be contacting utility authority and get satisfaction.

This is a peer-to-peer support forum.  Perhaps if you can explain the problem which prompted you to make these calls to customer service, someone here may be able to offer you a suggestion.
