Not happy! Increase in HSI and no notification! My bill is over $200 now and I'm sure that's lower than most because we wont buy into FIOS. They have sent people to our home to sign up for it. Last person was angry because I told them outright "NO!" We're satisfied with what we have. So now because we won't sign over they will slowing increase this fee?
