Horrible Customer Service

I only  wanted to know if "Double Play" high speed internet and home phone is available in my area or not? I talked to 3 online representatives and called twice to update my address but nothing happened, they rep said, it will take 24 hours to update but nothing happened even after 4 weeks and the second reppresentative said we'll send you an email and call you. it's been almost 3 months that I'm waiting. UGH WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
