How can Verizon Hire Such **bleep** ?

This Company is by far the absolute worst run company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

The customer service is staffed by a bunch of morons,**bleep** and liars . I spoke  to six yes SIX people today trying undo something that is VERIZON'S fault and not one of those **bleep** helped me. All I got was transferred from one dope to another. I guess that is how VERIZON does business. They just try and wear you out until they think  you have given up. Then if that doesn't work they just hang up on you .

And if anyone of you **bleep** from VERIZON has the guts to contact me please do. I will give you an earful you won't soon forget.

I am going to cancel my service with these BOZO's . I have other company's I can do business with for my internet and cable service without putting up with such incompetence.

You could cancel or you could call back and speak to someone else.

And perhaps if you explain here what the problem is, another customer may be able to help you since this is a peer-to-peer support forum and there are Verizon employees here as well who read these posts.  A Verizon employee could escalate your problem to a higher up and that might resolve your problem quicker.

I've been there myself with being put on hold numerous times to no avail but I know that not all of Verizon's CSRs are that bad.
