I order FIOS internet to be changed on Monday the 9th to new place. It does not work, but was assured that they'd have it on by Tuesday. Apperently the Buisiness end did not know this after I called them.

I call Buisiness end, and since i did not have direct line of sight for DirectTV ordered the TV and phone package to be installed on June 11th, which was confirmed by email.

I sit around all morning, finally call the supervisor, he has no knowledge of such installation.

So I call Buisiness end again, and they upgrade it to a Trouble Report, to be settled that evening.

Finally someone shows up, and two and a half hours I finally have internet, but appaerently TV was not on order.

At this point the have show such amazing incompetence, that I do not want it and am going to Hulu Plus.

Either way I missed over a day of work, while waiting around and for anyone to show up.
