I apologize for being under the wrong topic - but I don't usually post anywhere. I just thought that since Verizon came to my home when the service was set up, they would check the service and equipment to make sure it was functioning normally before they left the install. They had to come back at their own suggestion, not my request, to check what was wrong with their installation. I think they should have done this on their dime, not mine.
