Is Heather VZ no longer working here?

I tried sending a Private message and got that she no longer has PM enabled.

Heather if you are reading this please PM me. I got an issue.

It's a little hard to say, primarily because she's on vacation.  If this is a real emergancy, dial 9-1-1.
