Looking at my bill dated charges being due 10 14 11 being amount of 594.64 here's the problem either you been cheating along and I will be speaking to a lawyer because I paid a mount of $423 being more than twice since dealing with this service which I have sheet in front of me printed from your site showing 00 balance forward and 220.64 for month of 9/24/2011

I"ve had the same issue with billing. I pay my bill at about the same time -- around the 15th of the month -- every month.
In the past few months, I've had an overdue balance on my bill.
I've called V a couple of times. The first CSR said he'd send me a revised bill.
The second CSR said that V doesn't send revised bills. Swell.
I'm ready to cancel my FIOS and start from scratch.
