I need contact information for the FIOS Consumer Advocate. I just had a horrible customer experience, one of the worst I've ever experienced, and I'm about to file a complaint with the FCC and switch my service.

I spoke to a few teams internally about your post and I'm going to escalate your post to our Private Support Board. The agents over there should be able to point you to the right person and help you out with any issues that may not have been resolved.

Please look for instructions sent to you via Private Message on how to access your Private Support Case. You can get to your private messages in one of two ways:

1) Please look for the yellow envelope below the search bar on the top right hand side of the page and click on the copy next to it.

2) At the top of the Forums home page, you'll see a graphic with a gentleman drinking his morning coffee and a woman on the phone. Above that is a series of links- the 4th one over from the left says "Private Message".  You can click on that to access your messages as well.

You will also be sent these instructions to the email address you provided when you signed up for your Forums account.

Since we haven't heard back from you or have received a form submission as requested in your private support case, it appears assistance is no longer required. If you  need any future help with your Verizon service, please make a post here on the forums so we can assist.

Ditto that. I have an order from September 24 2014 stating my renewed plan and bill estimate.  But its seems I am still convnetiently signed up for more servies than I asked for on my orginal September 24th order, Been on phone twice over two days with customer service and still not resolved, How is this possible? I have an order number and email from them and **bleep** proving difficult for them to honor,
