New Service Troubles - they can not find me??

I have tried for several weeks to reach someone who can help me get service to my mountain cabin. I actually have Verizon fiber overhead on my property which goes to the National Park Service facility next to my property. I have a 911 address but customer service says they can not find me. I have relayed the Park Service phone numbers to them but they say that is a business number and will not help because the residential customer service says they do not have access to the business numbers.
Any suggestions on what to do??
