I signed for online protection plan covering all the PCs and IPADs and I am paying for that service. But didn't receive any instruction on how to install or activate. Please let me know the reason. Your early action will be highly appreciated.

If you are referring to Verizon Internet security suite an online backup. You can download from here: verizon.com/getviss
You should also be able to find a link in you account under services, Internet, broadband essentials. I you have In Home Agent installed it should have a notification in it to install the software.
