I was recently trying to buy an Extravert, and went to the Shippensburg, PA Verizon store. The employee there, Rob {edited for privacy}, was extremely helpful and did all he could to try to find me a store that had the phone. He called a lot of stores, and tried to get all of them to ship a phone to him. Rob was even willing to drive to another store to get one for me. His willingness to help me made me very glad I am with Verizon, and very glad I went to his store. Unfortunately, I had to buy the phone from a different store, but I still wanted to make sure Verizon knows how good of an employee he is. Who is the correct person to contact about this? I would like to have him acknowledged for his outstanding customer service, and for going above and beyond any other Verizon employee ever has for me.
