When i go online to my account it says that I have media messaging unblocked but when i try to receive and/or send pictures it wont let me it says massage deelivery faild, how can i fix this?

I don't quite get what your issue is, but it certainly seems to relate to your VZ Wireless account. These pages are for Verizon Communications (a.k.a., FiOS).
Like when I go to my online account it says picture messaging is unblocked but when I try to send them or receive them I can't
