I am completely frustrated with the poor customer service Verizon provides. I made the mistake of switching from AT&T For weeks I have been trying to reach a human being to let them that they are charging me for a second line I do not have. They are charging but never connected my fax number and that has created serious problems with my business of course.
If anybody has an idea of how I can reach a human being in Verizon to speak to please let me know
I was able to do once but the person had no idea what I was talking about (the interview was conducted in English I might add)
