Dear Verizon,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to a {edited for privacy} for his valuable Customer Service and the experience I had with him.  Barrington can be described as extra patient, considerate, kind, high level of intelligence, courteous, mannerable, professional, and should be recommended in the future for further advancement in Premium Tech Support.  I admire his Can Do attitude and he is very reliable.  I say this because he stayed on the computer with me for more than 5 hours handling my problem expeditiously and with excellent Customer Service.  I consider {edited for privacy}Customer Service at It's Best!  Thank you Verizon for having such person as Mr.. Stephens and it was a pleasure having him service my needs. 

I did not get Mr. Stephens ID number and I was not left a survey or get chance to give this comment to his supervisor.  So, this is the only way I can reach out to him.  Thank you!
