My contract expires next month.
I am happy with my service, my internet speed, and my TV channels, but I don't think that a $20 a month increase is warranted. I see that Verizon is offering sweet deals for new customers. What might Verizon do to keep me as a happy customer?

New Verizon customers are offered $25 less than my new price plus receive a $300 Visa Gift Card for 2 year contract.
I will receive neither.
Please advice before I contact Optimum who is offering a much better deal than what I will be paying Verizon in a month
for similar service.
Thanks
Marty

Just a friendly reminder, this is a forum where users help other users. It looks like your issue may require a Verizon representative to review your account details.
