My internet service has been a problem for weeks. I've spent hours on the phone and chat to no avail. Internet keeps slowing down and dropping out. I've lost my connection at least 2 times a day. When I finally get thru it tests OK, of course because I've already reset the router. I need a new router or technician to repair the line. How do you get to talk to somebody without rehashing everything every time. Bottom Line maybe a new carrier is in order.
