I order FIOS service, and i live in an apartment building. What is the install process like, does the installer need access to the basement or backyard? Do i need to tell my landlord that verizon is going to be performing work in the building?
Yes, make sure they aware you are getting installed. As far as what needs access to, it depends on the apartment layout and where all the facilities are. Every installation is different.
