Sales Rep- Vincent [edited for privacy]

Hello,

My name is Jessica and I am the leasing agent at an apartment complex(Boulevard Gardens) in Bayonne, NJ. On 2 occasions I've allowed sales rep from Verizon Fios to set up a table with Fios reading material for new and existing tenants. In return I was promised for every NEW tenant who orders NEW services with FIOS I would recieve a $100 Visa Gift card. I have yet to be compensated since JUNE. I've contacted our 1st rep who's last name was Bryers and most recently, {edited for privacy} who was here 1 month ago. I conacted him to discuss this matter and he told me that he was no longer the contact person for Boulevard Gardens and he would call me back with a contact number for the new rep. Well here we are 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive a call. I've left several messages and still NOTHING.

Please let me know if there is someone in corporate I can discuss this matter with.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases".  You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.  This should be checked on a frequent basis  as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
