If you do not remove or FULLY repair these boxes in my neighborhood I will take these images to all local news stations, city council, and persue a court order because I'm 1. Sick and tired of looking at them. 2. Tired of trying to keep kids out of them. 3. They don't appear to work, at all. Putting orange bags over them is not solving the problem. I want them gone if they are not being used or fully repaired if they are. They are a hazard to children, drivers, and pets in their current condition. They are in the Townhouses{edited for privacy}
