I wanted to know what the time line would be from time of payment needed to restore service till service was restored and if there were notifications that went out to let you know the status.
On another note I was checking my payment history and where is says success in the right hand column for all but one: a payment of $300 on 3/27/12 only says processed. After reviewing my bank account history that payment was debited from my account that same day and has been returned and wanted the payment was posted to my verizon account.
